There is “law and literature” in Argentina

Abstract

This article proposes a reading of the development of studies in Law and Literature in Argentina. For that, are approached: the emergence of the critical theory and its relation to epistemology; The idea of interdisciplinarity and illusion in the legal field, developed from the Law and Literature movement; The role of critical theory of law in the Argentine democratic transition. By the end, some conclusions about the relevance of Law and Literature studies in Argentina arte formulated.
