教師專業發展為「既利教師自己、又利教育革新發展」的雙贏工作,也是社會各界的共識與期待。因此,本文以文獻分析法及內容分析法探究我國中小學教師專業發展之實務與研究的現況、問題與展望,以便減少教師專業化在現實面與理想面的差距。研究過程包括:以文獻分析法,提出教師專業發展的體系架構,了解教師專業發展之應為,並依此架構分析了解我國中小學教師專業發展主要有8 個問題,並就問題提出21 項具體發展策略,以提供教師專業發展政策規劃參考;其次,以內容分析法,就近十年來國內學術性期刊所載教師專業發展論文之重點方向,歸納、分析,了解教師專業發展研究有4 項問題,並提出3 項建議;最後,展望未來我國教師實踐專業化的發展。 Teacher professional development is not only beneficial for teachers themselves, but it also facilitates educational reform. Aiming to reduce the gap between the reality and the ideal, this study explores the current situation, problems and prospects of practice and research in teacher professional development in primary and secondary schools in Taiwan. Through a literature review, this study sets up an ideal framework for the practice of teacher development in Taiwan and proposes 21 specific development strategies for educational policy makers. Then, through content analysis, the analysis of academic journals over the past decade in Taiwan reveals four problems and three recommendations for future research.
