In the article modern view on the problem of pedagogical accompaniment is discovered; features of children accompaniment in new innovative institutional conditions such as «Accompaniment of children with LDO and their families» are illustrated; prerequisites of their appearance are argumented; targets and goals contributing satisfaction of special educational needs of this contingent are formulated.
