Influence of Polarizing Interaction on Spectroscopy of Excitons in Quasi-Zero-Dimensional Systems

Abstract

A given article reviews the results of theoretical and experimental investigations in spectroscopy of exciton states in quasi-zero-dimensional semiconductor structures. The opportunity to diagnose some basic parameters of quasi-zero-dimensional structures by new optical and electrooptic methods is demonstrated.
