Evolution of the costs for the determination of the production capacity of a virgin olive oil factory.

Abstract

The article makes a comparative economic analysis of the extraction continuos systems of olive oil, in two and three phases. It also studies the most important parameters which can determine the production of the most suitable capacity of a virgin olive oil factory, with special attention to the process of extraction in two phases.
