The presentation of clinical cases still represents a problem, as there is not a universal format that comprehends every necessary aspect; there are seven protocols that try to place into perspective which aspects must be included whenever a case must be analyzed, however none of them breaks down the methodological aspects that must be considered, this entails to a blank space regarding a method that aids into the best way to address a clinical case. The experience obtained from the day to day practice is presented in this paper, along with a protocol whose main goal is to deal with the methodological blanks that still can be observed in the presentation of clinical cases presented to the medical ethics committee.
