In memoriam - Professor Halina Mazur (1929-2021)

Abstract

Professor Halina Mazur, PhD passed away on February 4, 2021. She was a former long-standing Head of the Department of Food and Consumers’ Articles Research at the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH) in Warsaw, where she worked for 40 years.
