Exploration on the Integration of Ideological and Political Elements in the Teaching of Dairy Engineering Specialty

Abstract

Dairy engineering speciality is set up to cultivate applied senior engineering and technical personnel of dairy talents. In order to implement the fundamental task of ''Building Morality and cultivating people'', it’s significant to cultivate the innovative comprehensive talents with family and country feeling, core values of Chinese socialism and social responsibility by integrating ideological and political education elements into the curriculum of dairy engineering speciality. This paper analyzes the reform necessity of current ideological and political teaching, proposes the main ways to implement the reforms and the assessment system to evaluate the effects, and finds out potential problems and solutions in the process of teaching. This paper aims to provide theorecital reference to improve the educational effect of ideological and political teaching in dairy engineering courses.
