Introduction: The aim of this study is to evaluate the outcomes of tubeless mini- percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for the treatment of large (>20 mm) renal stones. Patients and Methods: This study included consecutive patients who underwent single-session tubeless mini-PCNL (tract size 16–20 F) for large (>20 mm) renal stones. Stone-free status meant complete clearance or residual fragments 20 mm). Stones located in multiple sites is the only predictor of significant residual stones.
