Enterprises from European Union sell electronically to consumers, to business or to government. There is a relation between type of the destination market and the method of e-sale. Web sale is popular on each market (B2C, B2B and B2G) while EDI-type sale concerns almost entirely B2B market. In this paper popularity of those electronic solutions in the enterprises from EU member countries was discussed. The turnovers from sale via EDI-type messages and from web sale are compared.
