Test System for Quartz Tuning Fork Temperature Sensor

:Quartz tuning fork temperature Sen SorS (QTFTS) 1S月 kind of high sensor,which has digital signal output and uses quartz tuning fork resonant device as precision digital temperature thermal applications. It can convert the change of Aimed at to study the ambient temperature to the change of resonance frequency of quartz tuning characteristics and provide theory basis for further optimization of the sensor fork t卜e resonator. test system for QTFTS based on LabVIEW has been successfully developed. The experimental results show that in 00C to 1000C temperature range,the linearity of 0. 019 % and sensor has a high thermo-sensitivity of 2.979 Hz/0C,hysteresis resolution of 0. OS 0C respectively. The results show that the SenSOrS degree of 0. 023 %, have the advantages of small bulk, furthermore low cost,high precision and so on. Furthermore,the test system features good stability and reliability, it provides a feasible solution for testing the characteristics of the sensor.
