This research is about an intervention proposal related to the professional skills in Teacher Training, when designing a transition program based on the Curriculum Reform at Normal Schools in Mexico. For this study, it was used as methodological support the Action Research, it was designed a matrix of the Action Plan or grid organization from which the action hypothesis arose as well as their corresponding fields. This presented work, corresponds to a partial advance of the inquiry, in which the Proposed Transition Program was designed, implemented and evaluated to address the existing problems between the untying of the curriculum of the Bachelor of Primary Education at the Benemérita y Centenaria Escuela Normal (ByCENED) and the level of Primary Education in Basic Education Basic.
